Ohio may be well known for being a lake diving state but it has a few inland dive sites that are worth a dive or two as well.

White Star Quarry
Description White Star Quarry is a 15 acre quarry which is quite popular with divers

An air fill station is available and open for night diving in the summer. They also have some dive equipment for sale or rent.   The site is used by some dive shops for training and has several attractions to discover such as sunken boats, a police car, a Frito Lays delivery truck and some very interesting remains of the quarry site (crusher holes) and block house.   The quarry walls give the feeling of a sea wall dive. There are many small fish and crawfish. Fellow divers report seeing catfish.
