Showing the 50 states of america are the USA's dive regions, clicking on a state will take you into that state's dive regions. For the smaller states (like Maryland for example) the actual state letters on the map are hyper-linked and can be selected accordingly.
Every state will eventually be covered. In this way all those interested in diving in the USA can click on a state to learn more on what the dive sites are, a bit about the state itself and some images.
