California Farming

California is not the first state that springs to mind as one of the breadbaskets of America. However in the northern valleys and fertile areas a great many crops are planted and harvested each year.

North Dakota Farming

In North Dakota the super-high yield, large-scale agricultural farming is concentrated on the fringes of the corn-belt. In the north-eastern fringes the black-soil content is a naturally rich environment for wheat and oilseed (kinola) especially. Workers having to endure a winter harvest are not uncommon here such is the growing season in North Dakota.
