Visibility - 5 - 20 feet Condition - Intact as a whole, smashed at the stern (torpedo impact) Date of Sinking - 1918 Location for launch - Lymington The Molina was another casualty of the U-Boat scourge during WW1. Struck at the stern by a torpedo the crew managed to evacuate the ship without loss. This is a small wreck, at recreational depths. Congers, crabs and lobsters are all over this wreck. At the stern plenty of existing wreckage can be seen. The wreck site is some distance south from the Isle of Wight and is among a fair few of the less-explored and quieter wrecks in the English Channel. |
