The State of Pennsylvania is known for its heavy industry such as mining, steel-working and also it's farming.
The State Capitol is Harrisburg and notable cities include: Pittsburg and Philadelphia
It has no coastline with any sea or ocean. The Delaware River runs along the states edge and there are several reservoirs for diving operations.
A tiny portion of it does lie next to Lake Erie though. From here several dive sites of the Great Lakes are accessible.
