ShipWreck - Charles S. Price

The Story so far:

The prop-driven freighter vessel which was contructed back in 1910 by American Shipbuilding, Lorain, Ohio.

On November 10th 1913 (the 'Big' Storm of '13) in the Santilac Shores Preserve hit the Charles S Price and she was wrecked with all hands. Fully capsized, she floated about in the shipping lanes for some time until divers identifyed the wreck. Later sinking she rests now off Lexington Harbour about 11 miles south-east.

Depth: 35 - 70 ft (11 - 24 meters)

Visibility: 5 - 25 ft (1.5 - 8.5 meters)
